INTERSTATE COMMERCE & FEDERAL PRE-EMPTION The products within this shipment were cultivated by licensed producers registered with the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA) and are fully compliant with all state and federal regulations. Pursuant to Section 10114 of the 2018 Farm Bill, no State or Indian Tribe may prohibit the transportation or shipment of hemp or hemp products produced in accordance with federal law through their borders.
